Refund Policy

The rule
Any purchase made on this site — the Book, the Practice Exams, the Class Slides or the Career Starter — can be refunded in full within 7 days of the payment date, on request, no reason required. Email jorge@jorgevasquez.com from the address on your account, or reply to your Stripe receipt. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days, and access ends when the refund is issued.
After 7 days
Prepaid months are not refunded after 7 days. That is why the month picker exists: buy the months you need, not more. If you buy again before a window ends, the new months stack on the end and are covered by a fresh 7-day period of their own.
Coupons
Coupon access is free and has nothing to refund. It cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Skool membership
License to Earn membership is billed by Skool. Cancel any time inside Skool and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for; Skool's own refund rules apply to that charge, not this policy.
Outages
If a paid product is down for more than 48 hours in a row, we extend your access by the same time. If you would rather have the money back for the days lost, ask.
Abuse
Accounts closed for sharing, reselling or scraping content are not refunded.
