Two things to know before you join. The membership is billed by Skool, not on this site, so it is a separate account with a separate login from your student account here. The questions people ask before they pay
Does anything auto-renew?
No. Every product on this site is prepaid for the months you choose and simply ends. The only recurring charge is the Skool membership, which Skool bills monthly and which you cancel inside Skool.
Can I buy just one month?
Yes. One month is the minimum and twelve is the maximum in one purchase. Most students take two or three months before the exam.
What happens if I buy again before my months end?
The new months are added to the end of your current window — you never lose time.
Do I need an account for the free tools?
No for the real estate tools: flashcards, math drills and the free practice exam work without signing in. The MLO tools ask for a free account (an email and a password; no card) so your progress follows you.
How does the member coupon work?
Join License to Earn on Skool for one month at full price and the coupon is posted in the classroom. Enter it once on your account page; it unlocks the book, the practice exams and the slides for 3 months. Each code works once per account.
