Who we are
License to Earn is the exam-preparation program of Jorge Vasquez, a New York State licensed real estate broker and instructor, operating from Vasquez & Associates Real Estate Inc., 84-08 Queens Blvd, Elmhurst, NY 11373. By creating an account or buying anything on this site you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
The Book, the Practice Exams (with Term Match and the Final Review) and the Class Slides are each sold as prepaid access for a number of months you choose at checkout. Access begins when payment clears and ends on the date shown on your account page. Nothing auto-renews and no card is stored by us. The Complete Agent Career Starter is a one-time purchase that stays in your account. License to Earn membership is sold and billed separately by Skool under Skool's terms.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and do not share your login; access that is shared, resold or scraped may be closed without refund. You must be at least 18 to buy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email and phone you give us.
Your license to the content
Everything on this site — the book, the slides, the question banks, the Final Review, the flashcards and the explanations — is copyrighted material licensed to you for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, download, screen-record, redistribute, sell or post it, in whole or in part, or use it to train other students commercially.
Member coupons
A coupon posted in the License to Earn classroom unlocks the three study products for 90 days. Each code works once per account. Coupons may be rotated or cancelled at any time if they are shared outside the classroom.
What this is not
These are study tools. They are not the New York State 77-hour qualifying course, they do not confer course credit, and using them does not guarantee that you pass the state exam or obtain a license. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site up around the clock, but outages happen. If a paid product is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours we will extend your access by the same time. We may update content, prices and these terms; the price you paid for a prepaid window does not change during that window.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent New York law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Queens County, New York.
