Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, never readable by us). When you buy something: the product, months and payment date. When you contact us through a form: what you type. When you study: your progress, streaks and Final Review answers, which stay in your browser's local storage on your device unless you sync them yourself.
Why we use it
To run your account, unlock what you paid for, answer your messages, and — if you asked about classes or coaching — follow up with you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who processes it for us
Stripe handles payments; we never see or store your card number. Supabase stores account records and entitlements. Netlify hosts the site and runs the functions that check your access and receive contact forms. Google Analytics 4 measures traffic in aggregate. Skool runs the License to Earn membership community under its own privacy policy. Each processes data under its own terms and security practices.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses Google Analytics cookies for traffic measurement and your browser's local storage to remember your language, your session and your study progress. You can clear both from your browser at any time; clearing local storage erases unsynced progress.
How long we keep it
Account records stay while your account exists. Payment records are kept for seven years as tax law requires. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.
Your rights
Email jorge@jorgevasquez.com from the address on your account to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have the account and its data deleted. We act within 30 days. Deleting an account ends any prepaid access without refund beyond the Refund Policy.
Children
The site is for adults preparing for a professional license. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and account holders are told by email.
